People have long said a picture is worth a thousand words, but with our Bella Italia Photo Contest it could also be worth an eight-day trip in Italy!
Get your holiday photos out and find your favourite photo of Italy to enter the contest that could win you our Essence of Italy Vacation Package. Architecture, historical sites, scenery, people—we want you to share your most memorable moments from Italy.
How it works
From November 5, 2012 to March 1, 2013 you can upload photos to our Facebook Page, which also has all the details about the contest and the rules and regulations. You have to like our Facebook Page to enter the contest but you may also enter photos via Twitter and Instagram using hashtag #BellaItaliaAB. Please include a caption to tell us where you took the photograph. Once you’ve entered your photo, invite your friends to join and vote for your entry. Voting is open until March 1, 2013 at which point the Avventure Bellissime team will choose the grand prize winner and three runners up from the 10 photos with the most votes.
The grand prize winner of the Bella Italia Photo Contest will win our Essence of Italy Vacation Package, which tours all of the must-see sights in Rome, Florence, and Venice over eight days. The package includes licensed, expert guides who speak English fluently, and tickets to each of the destinations on the tour so that you skip standing in line. The winner and a guest will spend seven nights in selected four-star hotel accommodations and enjoy first-class train tickets from Rome to Florence and then Florence to Venice. Highlights of small group tours included in the package are
• Visiting the Vatican and Sistine Chapel
• Touring the Colosseum and Ancient Rome
• Taking in the famed statue of David in Florence
• Cruising the canals on a Venice Gondola ride
The three runners-up will win a voucher good for 24 months from the close of the contest to be redeemed for Avventure Bellissime’s Original Venice Walking Tour.
Go through your snapshots or digital images and share your best photograph of Italy with the world.
