At a local market purchase fresh ingredients and seasonal produce which you will later use with a suitable recipe - for example a tomato-based dish in the summer. Now with your expert chef you will prepare a classic Italian meal starting with a pasta dish, a main course, a side dish and of course - a dessert. All accompanied with prosecco, wine and soft drinks and a printed recipe to bring home.
