Two Families – Different Needs – One Customized Trip
“We can't recommend Avventure Bellissime enough!”
Italian’s historical landmarks and monuments are probably the most known in the world, so when
a traveler comes to Italy for the first time there are a lot of places they want to visit and see. There is indeed a lot to see in Italy, and planning everything so that nothing is visited in a rush is our top priority.
For example, the Teller & Massin families, two retired couples, contacted us to plan the Italian
trip of their lifetime. Their main goal was to include the historical & artistic aspects of the places they would visit and some special activities, like a Vespa sidecar tour of the main
highlights of Rome.
Due to conflicting flight schedules, one of the couples needed to leave Italy earlier, so we needed to alter the end of the trip according to their different needs. We designed an itinerary that included a private transfer for the two people to Milan airport, while arranging some fun activities for the remaining party in Venice.
This trip had been on our bucket list for so long and we cannot thank you enough for all your assistance. We can't recommend Avventure Bellissime enough! Everything has gone really well and your tour guides were fantastic, especially Francesca in Rome. Every transfer was extremely smooth. The drivers were always there, waiting for us. The Rome sidecar tour was such a great adventure! The Last Supper is just stunning and we feel so lucky you managed to arrange the tickets. Please pass on our sincere thanks to all your staff for their assistance in organizing a fabulous tour for us. We had not heard of any American people using your company but will certainly tell all our friends.

A Historical Anniversary
“The package that Avventure Bellissime delivered was fantastic!”
Mrs. Bateman from Ohio (USA) wanted to plan a special 40th wedding anniversary with her
husband. What better way to celebrate than a customized vacation in Italy? According to their
preferred itinerary, we arranged for them a personalized tour with historical and archeological stops throughout Italy, such as a focus on Ancient Rome and the Pompeii excavations.
Mr. and Mrs. Bateman were particularly interested in Michelangelo, so we suggested a private guided tour of Sistine Chapel at the Vatican in Rome to admire the famous ceiling, and a customized tour featuring the Accademia Gallery and Bargello Sculpture Museum in Florence, a must for all Michelangelo’s fans.
Everything was first class with Avventure Bellissime.
I will, and already have, recommended the agency and plan to use it again myself someday. The tour agency folks who I emailed were always prompt, clear, thoughtful, and helpful. All costs were clearly explained, and the quality of the tours and wonderful service/guides ended up being fantastic value for money.
The guides were kind, funny, professional, highly knowledgeable, safety conscious, experienced, and had expert English speaking skills. Our guides in Rome, Sergio and Francesca, could not have been any better. Exceedingly knowledgeable and enthusiastic, they made our tours so special. Salvatore in Pompeii was highly
knowledgeable and very amusing. In Florence, Anatella (I'm embarrassed to say that I'm quite sure I have her name wrong) was the Art History professor I wish I had had in college. Amazing!
The drivers were also always professional, helpful, prompt, safe, and some could easily be tour guides themselves! (especially Max).

A Customized Trip through Historical Italy
“A trip that we will never forget!”
Mr. Waskul and his wife had already traveled with us back in 2017, covering the three major Art
Cities – Venice, Florence and Rome - as well as Milan. This time, they wanted a personalized
private tour covering the off-the-beaten-track districts of the cities they had already
visited. The Waskuls were not particularly interested in food and wine experiences, and they preferred to concentrate on the historical and artistic aspects of each city.
We organized for them a custom stay in Rome, which included a guided tour of ancient Ostia,
and a day tour to visit Tivoli and Villa Hadrian. Then, we arranged a private transfer tour from
Rome to San Marino, with a stopover and a guided tour of Perugia, known for its chocolate
festival and the Umbria Jazz festival.
They had expressed interest in exploring Palladian architecture, so we also arranged an
itinerary featuring a full day guided tour of Vicenza, Villa Rotonda, and the Olympic Theatre.
Padua is definitely a place to return to and spend a few days to fully appreciate its many virtues. Hotel Saturnia remains a great place to stay. As in Florence, we were given the same room we stayed in in 2017.
Our driver for the journey to Vicenza, Marco, was superb, and it was easy to recognize that he was more than that. Our guide there, Giorgia, was a marvel; a sweet young lady who is self-confident and a virtual walking encyclopedia. She was especially proud of Italian history and the theater in Vicenza. Vicenza, like Padua, was a nice escape from the tourist throngs in Venice and is another city that would require days to fully appreciate.
Bottom line, this has been another great trip with you. We’ll continue to promote your Agency to fellow tourists and always appreciate your helpfulness.

A Guided Tour of Lake Como from Milan

Lake Como, the most popular lake in Italy, holds a special place in the Italian culture. It is also the location for a popular Italian soap opera and, let's not forget, home of the famous Hollywood actor George Clooney. Although very much admired by tourists from all over the world, Lake Como holds many secrets that only a guided tour with an expert professional can reveal.
Guests contacted us through our website interested in exploring the Lake including a boat ride. They had very clear requirements which consisted in a pick up and drop off at their hotel in Milan, a full day trip with a licensed English-speaking guide and a panoramic boat ride to admire all the villas. After a couple of e-mails exchanged, guests submitted their reservation online, received their tour voucher and were set to start their glorious day on Lake Como.
I apologize for my delay in complimenting your organization for a "fantastic" tour experience. Our guide (Augusta) and driver (Yassime) were both knowledgeable and charming. Both Holly and I had a wonderful trip and your Tour Team made memories for us. Augusta was wonderful and went "above and beyond" our expectations by taking us on a side tour in Milan to visit the chapel at San Bernardino alle Osso church.
