I’m incredibly disappointed with this overpriced tour in Venice. What was advertised as a luxurious experience turned out to be a complete letdown. Firstly, instead of the luxurious boat mentioned in the itinerary, we were taken on a regular boat taxi. This was not what we paid for, and it felt cheap and unprofessional. Secondly, finding our guide was a chaotic and frustrating experience. The itinerary stated that the guide would have a tag with our name on it, but they didn’t. We wasted 15 minutes trying to identify them in a crowd, which was both stressful and unacceptable for a supposedly premium service. Lastly, the quality of the excursion was shockingly poor. We were expecting an insightful tour full of history and stories about Venice’s stunning architecture and landmarks. Instead, the guide gave us irrelevant information about where they went to school, where the police station is, and even where to find gasoline stations. It was completely devoid of any value or substance, just a waste of our time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this tour to anyone and feel like we were scammed. For the exorbitant price we paid, the experience didn’t even come close to meeting expectations. I strongly urge the company to issue at least a 50% refund, as this was little more than an expensive taxi ride for an hour. Avoid at all costs!

For us Venice is a city with a totally unique relationship with water and therefore a boat tour is a must. Our tour with our guide Sandro was spectacular and loads of fun. Sandro is a mine of information and we really enjoyed our time with him. We have no hesitation at all in thoroughly recommending this tour.
