Tour Overview Tour Overview

The UNESCO World Heritage Langhe region makes for one of the most stunning landscapes of Piedmont. From Bassa Langa with hills and vineyards, to Alta Langa with valleys and hilltop towns, it's a perfect location for tasting local delicacies and flavours. Our Langhe wine tours will narrate the stories of wine making and how Barolo wines became so popular. And what better way of exploring the hills than on the traditional Italian Vespa scooter!

On our half-day Barolo tour we will depart from Pollenzo and ride up to Verduno hilltown where you can admire the 10th-century Castle and St Michele Parish Church, as well as the numerous wine shops. Next stop will be La Morra, one of the municipalities of Barolo wine, where you will enjoy some wine tasting. Your Piedmont vespa tour will then proceed to Uccellaccio and Roddi - a medieval village built around its castle, before returning to Pollenzo.

On our full-day Barolo tour, apart from Verduno and La Morra with wine tasting, we will also feature Monforte d'Alba - one of the bigger Langhe villages known for its castle and wine shops. Your wine tour will also feature Barolo - the village that gave the name to the wines, and of the few that is not located on a hilltop. The full-day tour will also include a couple of coffee stops as well as typical lunch made of local specialties.

Langhe tours can be customized to suit your requirements. Select between food & wine tasting tours, bike touring on Langhe hills, cooking classes and many more! Additional transfers can be arranged so that you can reach the departure locations of each experience.

Contact our Sales Team via "Enquire Now" form and we will be happy to create and fine-tune your Langhe vacations!
