I just wanted to send a quick email to thank you for the quality service we received from your company on our recent trip to Italy, and to rave about your wonderful tour guide that led us through Ancient Rome. Francesca was extremely knowledgeable and informative and kept even my teenagers' attention with lots of interesting tidbits. Her English is impeccable, and she was very considerate to us (stopping to talk in the shade) as well as to other tourists who stopped to ask directions, etc. She also gave us a fabulous recommendation for lunch.
