Florence in 1 day on April 11 and The Vatican on April 13.
A particular thank you to your office staff and the guide on April 13. My brother in law booked the Vatican tour for us before we left Australia. Unfortunately he booked us in for JULY 13 instead of APRIL 13!
When we arrived we could not understand why we could not find your guide so we rang your office and only then discovered our mistake.
The girl in the office was extremely helpful and understanding. She didn't waste time and immediately rang the guide inside who had just started the tour. She came out to pick us up to join the tour.
This was fantastic service and John and I were thrilled with the tour and we were not treated like the idiots we were for making such a mistake.
