Thank you for helping to put this all together for us in such a short time. I thought that you might be interested in a short review of our tour. I did not write down the names of our driver and tour guide, but I believe they were Sangi and Chaterina? I am sure that the spellings are both wrong, but you will know who I am talking about.So to begin with Sangi was waiting for us with the car when we got off the boat. We were really pleased with Sangi, he was most professional in all aspects and had a good command of English. He drove us straight to Piza and took us to the ticket office, where we were fortunate enough to get tickets to climb the Tower. It was a beautiful day and the memories will last forever. After an hour or so, Sangi drove us to Florence where we picked up Chaterina. We were also quite pleased with Chaterina. She was a very knowledgeable, which you would expect of any tour guide. However, her understanding and appreciation for art was exceptional and her command of English was outstanding. She was well organized and was able to make the most of our relatively short time in Florence. We had some free time to have lunch at a side-street restaurant before meeting up with Sangi to return to the ship.In summary both the driver and the tour guide were excellent. We also appreciate that you were able to put this all together in such a short time. This was the third shore excursion we had in three days from your company (the other two being Naples and Rome). We are glad we booked with Avventure Bellissime and look forward to doing it again.
