SPECIAL WINE TASTING EVENING IN VENICE Venice is located in the region of Veneto. A region that produces more different types of wine than any other in Italy. If you would like to learn more about the wines from this region, like the famous Amarone and Soave, with a professional sommelier! Then, this is the tour for you! In a charming enoteca (wine bar), whose walls are covered with fine bottles of wine, learn with the help of your sommelier Tamara, how to appreciate the wines before actually drinking them by using your senses: sight, smell and taste.  Prior to the wine tasting, Tamara will give a short lecture on the wines of the region of Veneto that will include explanations on why the wines produced in the north-east of Italy are so diverse in character and taste and she will give insights into the unique methods of making wine in the Veneto. Alongside the wine, a little prosciutto crudo and local cheeses will help enhance your wine-tasting experience. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and thirty minutes, and is a casual and very relaxing experience through which you'll enjoy tasting local wines that exemplify the uniqueness and high quality of the wines produced in north-east Italy.
