Booking a Hotel Package

Before following the instructions below to book our Hotel packages please review booking conditions.

Reservations for our Hotel Packages can be made by:

	Filling out the Request Information form;
	Booking via email - we require the following information;
		All names of passengers travelling
		Which hotel you want to reserve, room type and for what dates
		Which tours you want to book and for what dates

Booking Conditions

To reserve our Hotel Packages we require a credit card guarantee (Visa or Mastercard) at the time of the booking. Credit card information can be faxed to the following number: +39 041 928018.

Cancellation policy

More than 15 days prior to your tour date: No Charge

From 14 days to 7 days: 30% of the total cost

From 6 to 4 days: 50% of the total cost

Less than 4 days or no-show: 100% of total cost
