PRIVATE CAR TRANSFER FROM VENICE TO FLORENCE  An English-speaking driver with an air-conditioned mercedes vehicle (or similar make) will pick you up at your hotel at a pre-arranged time to transfer you between Venice and Florence.
During your transfer between Venice and Florence you could pause along the way to savour one of the many destinations en route. One of our most popular stopover points is the city of Padova where you could enjoy a fascinatiing walking tour of the city that would include some time at the Scrovegni Chapel to view the frescoes by Giotto with one of our expert local guides. 
Enjoy a guided tour of Italy's second oldest university that was founded in 1222, which attracted the likes of Dante, Petrarch, and Galileo Galilei. It's possible to visit the University of Padova which is particularly fascinating when you enter the perfectly proportioned anatomy theatre where students would observe operations from galleries above the operating table. Another must-see sight of Padova is the huge Basilica di Sant' Antonio, crowned by Byzantine domes and minaret style towers is only second to the Basilica of St. Marks for its Asian inspired beauty. The interior of the church is richly decorated courtesy of the generosity of Pilgrims who have made their way to this church for centuries to give thanks to the popular St. Antony.
