This small group day tour of Venice can be broken down into three elements, with each one playing a vital and diverse role that together help tell the unique story of Venice and the Venetians. At St. Marks Square,  learn the history that lies behind the walls of its most famous landmarks to be able to appreciate  how a city built on swamps became one of the most enlightened cities in the western world. The highlight of your time spent in St. Marks Square will be an in-depth tour of the interior of St. Marks Basilica which is only possible to do with a small group tour (eight or less people).

Tour operates with a Minimum of 4 / Maximum of 10  participants. Entrance fees to the Pala D'Oro (2€),  St. Marks Museum (4€) & Frari Church (3.00 €) not included in the price of the tour. They need to be paid in cash on the day of the tour. To get to St. Marks Museum you have to walk up a narrow & steep staircase.  Those with walking difficulties should not consider doing this tour or be prepared to wait for the rest of the group while they tour this particular part of the Basilica of St. Marks Church (10 - 15 mins).
