HOW OUR ITALY VACATION PACKAGES WORK!

Typically clients first contact us to enquire about a particular vacation package we offer on our website. When responding to that first contact, our expert sales staff will try to develop the ideas and desires of a particular client to help them realize there ideal vacation in Italy. As Avventure Bellissime offers a vast selection of tours and various services throughout Italy that can be customized to suit the individual needs of a particular client. We are not just order takers, we ant to work with all our clients to ensure they bget exactly what they want from their vacation in Italy.

Once we realize the ideal itinerary and establish travel dates for our clients vacation we will send through a formal proposal in the form of a PDF document that outlines every detail of the clinets proposed vacation from the day-by-day itinerary, optional extras, payment proceedures, booking conditions and cancellation fees.

If the proposal is accpted by our clients, the next step is for the client to reserve their flights so that we realize the precise dates of travel. Once the flights are confirmed we will go ahead and take out options on hotels in the various cities visited on the vacation package to guarantee availability of the proposed vacation package and send through a final contract for our clients to fill out and return to us to confirm their vacation package with our company.

When we receive the completed contract back from the clients we'll take a 30% deposit payment via credit card or bank wire transfer to confirm their vacation. Then, 45-days prior to the start of their vacation we'll take the final balance, and approximately 30-days prior to the clients arrival date in Italy we'll send through all the tour vouchers and train tickets confirming all the details of the various services included in their vacation package of Italy. The average Italy vacation package booked with our company includes 25 or more diverse services in one convenient price.

But, our servies do not end with us sending through your btravel documents. Once you arrive in Italy, and during your whole vacation in Italy, our staff will monitor your progress as travel through Italy. Reconfirming all the services you have booked with our service providers including hotels and transfers to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your vacation.
