Our Chianti Wine & Hill Towns Tour provides the perfect "Taste of Tuscany" for the first time visitor. Visit the hill town of Impruneta to see the Terracotta furnaces and local pottery. At Montefioralle, stroll around this enchanting castle and admire the breathtaking vistas of the Chianti.  We'll continue our day tour of the Chainti wine region exploring the friendly market town of Greve in Chianti. And before lunch, we'll visit a local vineyard to learn about wine-making in the Chianti and to enjoy our first wine tasting of day. Before enjoying a full wine-tasting of the famous Chianti wine, tour the vineyard with the owner to have a full explanation of the wine-making process in the Chainti. OPTIONAL LUNCH (see below) In the afternoon, your Chianti Wine and Hill Towns tour will continue with a visit to Medieval Hill towns and their fortresses that once formed the league of Chianti in the 13th Century. At a second noted vineyard, while sitting back savoring the subtle textures and tones of the Chianti wine, contemplate the beautiful countryside that has been your constant companion throughout the day. Located at the end of a long dirt road that terminates at a small hamlet lost in the Tuscan countryside, enjoy an undisturbed panoramic view of the hill country and delicious regional cuisine.
