Naples Shore Excursion

Just a quick letter to praise you for your excellent service on Friday. My wife and I had a fantastic day and one that she will long remember. One of the best days of my life, was one of her quotes. We cannot praise the driver – Vivaldo – enough. He apologised for his broken English, but we understood every word. He was very informative and took us to places we never knew existed. He was very courteous and friendly throughout and is a credit to his company and his country. Thank you again from my ecstatic wife and I.

Naples Shore Excursions

HI Jonathan and Monica! I want to send a long overdue Thank You for the incredible tour experience we had during our trip to the Med. We were cruising the first 2 weeks in October and you arranged tours for us in Venice, Naples, Rome and Florence. All of the guides were delightful...the drivers very professional, and, we were able to see a LOT during our short stay in each port. We only had a few minor glitches, and, I appreciate your help remedying them. I especially want to Thank your guide in Rome. She was amazing......we loved her passion, and, of course her adaptability to our late arrival that day. Everyone worked together to insure that our visit to Italy was fabulous. I Thank you again, and, look forward to booking future tours when we travel to Italy again in the near future! I have recommended you to all of our friends! Ciao!

Naples / Capri Shore Excursion

We just returned from our cruise to the Mediterranean. I wanted to drop you a quite note to let you know that the three private tours we booked with you company were incredible. The drivers and guides were very knowledgeable and flexible. We did change our tour in Rome a little because we did not want to wait in line at Vatican City. One of the reasons I chose your company is because you are a member of ASTA. I am on our local chapter board here in the United States. I will be sending a report to ASTA headquarters about the fabulous service we had. I have already referred your company to a few travel agents. Hopefully, you will receive more business from our area. Once, again it was spectacular. I cannot find enough adjectives to describe the experience. Thanks again for your assistance.

Naples Pompeii Shore Excursion

My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful trip to Italy and a Med cruise. We booked 3 of your walking tours in Rome, two in Venice, and had 2 private tours set up in Naples and Florence. I just wanted to tell you all how great each one way. The guides in Rome, were all very nice and very knowlegeable of their subject matter. Each gave us super tours - including going above and beyond in the pouring rain. We enjoyed them and learned a lot. The Venice tours were also very good. We took the Grand Canal boat tour (I dont recall the guide's name but she was good) and Sabine took us on the walking tour. It was all so interesting and educational. I fell in love with Venice. Our private tours in Naples and Florence were well worth the additional amounts we paid instead of taking the cruise shore excursions. John (Giuseppe) in Naples gave us a wonderful tour of Pompeii and Herculeaneum, taking us into houses and places not usually open to the general public. When I saw the hoardes of people on the ship tours being herded around the ancient city, I thanked heaven that we had this wonderful private tour. In Florence we had a great tour of the Uffizi Gallery, making the painters and paintings come alive in his descriptions. We spent two great hours in the Uffizi and then a walking tour to the Accademia to see "David" (the reason I went to Florence). We highly recommend your tours and guides to anyone who does not want to handle the huge crowds of people going on the ship's shore excursions. Thank you very much in setting them up for us.

Pompeii & Amalfi Coast, 15th September, 2007

We have now returned from our exceptional trip to the Mediterranean region and I wanted to write you and thank Avventure Bellissme for arranging four fabulous days for our group in Florence, Rome, Amalfi / Pompeii and of course Venice. We all were very impressed by your professional guides and drivers and with the quality of their work. They were always ship side at the expected time and proved very adaptable and flexible in meeting the diverse needs of everyone in our group. Our fellow cruise ship travelers were very envious of the tour arrangements we had made!! I am amazed that you are able to get such gifted guides who understood what we wanted to achieve in the short visits we made to each city and were able to insure we had a memorable day in each port. Whether it was to answer an obscure or simple questions or make sure we had excellent refreshments throughout they day, they were there for us. So thank you again for taking such good care of us at our four Italian ports of call. Our only regret is that we didnt get to meet you in Venice....next time.

Amalfi Tour Excursion

Now that we have experienced the kind of tours you offer, I have to add my praises to the other customer comments. The guides we had in Florence, Rome, and Naples were wonderful. They truly showed us a good time. They were all perfectly charming people as well. What a great opportunity to get to spend time with a local person who has all the inside information the average tourist lacks. Our Florence guides tiramisu recipe, Our Rome guides experience with kids (hers are the same age as ours), and Vinni’s willingness to discuss politics and the euro – all give you that personal experience of a place that is so often missing from a tour. All the guides were great with our kids as well. We also particularly enjoyed our first driver in Italy, Enrico. His English is very good, and he did a great job of giving us an overview of where we were and a sense of place as we drove, in the rain, from Livorno to Pisa and then Firenze. Thanks so much for a wonderful time in Italy! I would recommend your tours to anyone.
