Claudia and I booked tours with you last weekend and we were very happy with all of them. The gal who gave us the Doges’ Palace tour was especially good and her love of the building and emotions really came through sufficiently that we returned and bought a number of books and were quite moved by the experience. She’s a tremendous asset to you. I would like to especially mention our private tour of the Ghetto with Mordechaj. He probably had the impression that Claudia wasn’t enjoying the tour. I wasn’t sure myself and during the tour I only knew that she seemed to want to be somewhere else. As it turned out, she was simply exhausted and “ toured out” and it also wasn’t a subject that she particularly enjoyed and she wanted to get on finishing her shopping. I hope you will convey to Mordechaj that his tour was well received by me , that I would have stayed with him as long as he allowed, and that there was nothing wrong with his tour nor his accent at all. His knowledge and love of the area came through to me and I would readily book a tour with him again and recommend him to others. Its simply not fair to leave him with the impression that we didn’t enjoy the tour or tat he did anything wrong as that was not the case. Thanks for a super two days. That was all the time we had in Venice and we gave Tours Italy all of our two days and are glad we did

Thank you , thank you, thank you! My son and daughter and I had such a wonderful time in Venice, thanks in a large part to your wonderful company! It started off a little rocky! We flew into dense fog in Milan and our flight from Milan to Venice was cancelled. We were eventually put on a bus for a 3.25 hrs ride ( no food, no bathroom, no telephones) to the Venice airport. My cell phone did not work in Italy . We arrived at the Venice airport FIVE HOURS late and, to my astonishment, there was someone from your company greeting us with a sign that said our name ! I could have kissed her! She took us by private taxi to Ferrovia and then walked us into the lobby of the hotel! She is fabulous! On Wednesday we took a walking tour with one of your guides. Again, she was smart, had very interesting information, showed us everything we wanted to see. We loved this informative tour and we all loved her. Your company is professional and wonderful, but your customer service is exemplary! Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We want to thank you for all the work you did to make sure our visit in Italy was so much fun. We are especially thankful for having someone accompany us from our hotel to the airport last Thursday. We really don’t think we would have been able to get through the airport without him. Our check –in at the KLM desk was very frustrating. There’s 1 more thing on my “ to do” list, after returning from our whirlwind Italy vacation Jan 22-27 and surviving some major sleep deprivation, adjusting back to central standard time and getting all our pictures developed and mounted in a memory book!....and that’s to write YOU 1 more time to say “ thanks a million !”for handling our special tours request/arrangements so professionally and so personally. Your coordination allowed us to “ hit the ground running” with the 1st day’s walking tour in Venice and acclimating immediately to public transportation and getting our bearings…our guide, who was waiting just where you said in San Marco sq, was very knowledgeable and gave us an immediate introduction and favourable impression of your beautiful city. Then , you really outdid yourself planning that 14 hr Florence/Pisa excursion . The Mercedes mini bus and the day were absolutely perfect, as well as our drivers’ expertise. A big thanks for arranging tour guide Jane to rendezvous with us in Florence, whose English was so easy to understand and comprehend…. She was a joy! Again we would be remiss if we didn’t stop to thank you for making it possible for us to do the impossible and to see so much of your beautiful country and learn so much of its history in the short time we were there, so THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! The slight delay was not a problem as we had allowed plenty of time between our various activities. Thank you both for your attention during our ( too short) stay. Our party greatly enjoyed our walking guide and all the knowledge that he was able to share with us and at a perfect pace. The wine tasting evening was a huge success given that 2 of our party were not wine drinkers and your sommelier was excellent in her knowledge and very down to earth approach to what is sometimes a snobbish subject. She was huge fun and my sister had a simply memorable birthday as a result. Mary put the icing on the cake with her knowledge of the history of the grand canal and her little asides. Your guides & drivers from Venice to Florence to Rome, each one of them was perfectly knowledgable, friendly and thorough...My plan was to have the private tours to enable our 2 teenaged grandchildren and my husband and I to get as much out of our Italian vacation as possible and your guides certainly made this happen...Our small group in Florence was enhanced by the individual earphones which enabled us not to miss a word of her incredible explanations of art! Just wanted to say thank you for your assistance this weekend. The gondola ride was wonderful, 45 minutes through the grand canal and side canals, he was friendly, fun and helpful...lifting jessica into the gondola with her broken foot. We also loved the three island tour, but would suggest more time to spend in Burano, (what a beautiful island) We will definately refer you to our family and friends, and look foward to our next trip to Venice so we can take the kids on the ghost tour. Buongiorno Monica, I just want to thank you for such a great experience. The guides were very professional. Christine was fantastic, energetic and a real asset to the boat trip. The boat driver that she got was also very accommodating. We could not have asked for a better boat trip. Then we had another guide for the Doge’s Palace and Private Itinerary tour. She was super knowledgeable, with lots of facts and very accommodating to my mother who was slow in walking the steps, etc. I must admit that your company did a very professional job. I can’t say enough! We used another tour group in Rome for the Vatican tour and they were not half as professional as your company. You should be proud. She was very knowledgeable and explained the areas we visited in detail without making it boring. As I made the reservation on line, via research on the internet, I had no idea what to expect. It was not through recommendation that I chose your company and this particular tour, so I was a bit hesitant with what might be facing us, but instead I was most pleased with the results.
