They both gave a great impression of the city and told of some of the stories that had meanings as we went through various parts of the city and museums (including the venetian glass factory). This is just a quick letter to thank you....grazie!....for the best tours in Italy any family could possible hope for! Your guides & Drivers from Venice to Florence to Rome, each one of them was perfectly knowledgable, friendly and thorough...My plan was to have the private tours to enable our 2 teenaged grandchildren and my husband and I to get as much out of our Italian vacation as possible and your guides certainly made this happen...Our small group in Florence was enhanced by the individual earphones which enabled us not to miss a word of her incredible explanations of art! The tour prices were worth it just to be able to not have to stand in long, long lines in order to have access to the Italian treasures...you saved us so much time and enabled us to spend our time really appreciating all the sites...Again, thank you...we will recommend your company to everyone!

Our tour yesterday with our guide was outstanding. She took us to a great little church near the coliseum built on a 4th century church, built on roman ruins with an excavation so you could see how Rome is built on top of so many different eras of people and their buildings. We walked around the Coliseum, through the Forum and then went to the Vatican. This is where having a guide really paid off. We didn't wait in any lines, and she knew the perfect route through the Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel and St. Peters that eliminated any waiting and hit all the highlights

I wanted to provide you with some feedback with regards to our recent trip to Italy. I booked our drivers and tour guides with you for Rome, Florence and Venice. The guides were everything you represented and much more. Your guide in Rome was unbelievable; her knowledge of Rome was incredible, she was pleasant and a delight to be with. The only negative was the time went too quickly; my 17 year old daughter was totally engaged with her the entire tour and she learned so much. Our guide in Florence was exceptional as well; she was friendly and extremely professional. We had limited time and she made sure that we saw as much of the city as possible. Touring Florence without one of your guides just wouldn’t be the same. I highly recommend her and your service to anyone that I hear is traveling to Italy. I’m the CEO of my own company and I’m very picky when it comes to service; I highly recommend your company to everyone that I hear is traveling to Italy. It’s the best investment you can make if you want to get the most of your trip to Italy. I can’t wait to return next year. Thanks again for making my daughter’s first trip to Italy so wonderful!

Private Vatican Tour & Rome ina Day, June 3&4, 2007

Just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with your service. Last week while we were in Rome we hired a tour with your company for a 6 hour tour of Rome on Sunday and a 4 hour tour of the Vatican on Monday. Both tours were great. In particular I would like to mention Franchesca who took us around on Sunday to see the sights of Rome--she was fantastic--given the conditions(rain all day) under which she was opperating--she was an absolute joy. Also I would like to mention our guide for the Vatican on Monday who's knowledge was unbeliveable. Thanks again--the service you provided was behond our expatations
