This is just a quick letter to thank you....grazie!....for the best tours in Italy any family could possible hope for! From Venice to Florence to in Rome, each one of them was perfectly knowledgable, friendly and thorough...My plan was to have the private tours to enable our 2 teenaged grandchildren and my husband and I to get as much out of our Italian vacation as possible and your guides certainly made this happen...Our small group in Florence was enhanced by the individual earphones which enabled us not to miss a word of her incredible explanations of art! The tour prices were worth it just to be able to not have to stand in long, long lines in order to have access to the Italian treasures...you saved us so much time and enabled us to spend our time really appreciating all the sites...Again, thank you...we will recommend your company to everyone!

She was very knowledgeable, personable, and patient … patient not so much with us in her tour group but other tours that we had to jockey with for position around Michaelangelo’s David or the different masterpieces in the Uffizi. I wanted to provide you with some feedback with regards to our recent trip to Italy. I booked our drivers and tour guides with you for Rome, Florence and Venice. The guides were everything you represented and much more. Your guide in Rome was unbelievable; her knowledge of Rome was incredible, she was pleasant and a delight to be with. The only negative was the time went too quickly; my 17 year old daughter was totally engaged with her the entire tour and she learned so much. Our guide in Florence was exceptional as well; she was friendly and extremely professional. We had limited time and she made sure that we saw as much of the city as possible. Touring Florence without one of your guides just wouldn’t be the same. I highly recommend her and your service to anyone that I hear is traveling to Italy. I’m the CEO of my own company and I’m very picky when it comes to service; I highly recommend your company to everyone that I hear is traveling to Italy. It’s the best investment you can make if you want to get the most of your trip to Italy. I can’t wait to return next year. Thanks again for making my daughter’s first trip to Italy so wonderful!
