My apologies for a very belated e-mail, but I just wanted to let you know the two tours I attended in May/June were absolutely wonderful. Florence walking tour and Vatican Museum tour, both guides had good sense of humor and solid knowledge of the city/museum. Underground Rome Tour

We took this tour Underground Rome, back on Sat. Jul 9, 2005. I just found your web site and email address and want to take this belated opportunity to convey to Monica and Johnathan the owners, that my wife, daughter and I were very happy and pleased with the tour. Our tour guide was EXCELLENT. She was a wealth of information and went to great effort to explain everything. Our only regret is that we did not tip her more than the 15 euros... Ancient Rome & Vatican Shore Excursion

Tour of the Vatican

In April I did some tours with your companyand found your guides informative and interesting. Florence in 1 day on April 11 and The Vatican on April 13. A particular thank you to your office staff and the guide on April 13. My brother in law booked the Vatican tour for us before we left Australia. Unfortunately he booked us in for JULY 13 instead of APRIL 13! When we arrived we could not understand why we could not find your guide so we rang your office and only then discovered our mistake. The girl in the office was extremely helpful and understanding. She didn't waste time and immediately rang the guide inside who had just started the tour. She came out to pick us up to join the tour. This was fantastic service and John and I were thrilled with the tour and we were not treated like the idiots we were for making such a mistake. Thanks again from a very satisfied customer. By the way, if you still have a booking for 2 people under the name of John Zeffert for July 13? Please don't wait for us.

Walking Tours in Rome

My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful trip to Italy and a Med cruise. We booked 3 of your walking tours in Rome, two in Venice, and had 2 private tours set up in Naples and Florence. I just wanted to tell you all how great each one way. The guides in Rome, were all very nice and very knowlegeable of their subject matter. Each gave us super tours - including going above and beyond in the pouring rain. We enjoyed them and learned a lot. The Venice tours were also very good. We took the Grand Canal boat tour (I dont recall the guide's name but she was good) and Sabine took us on the walking tour. It was all so interesting and educational. I fell in love with Venice. Our private tours in Naples and Florence were well worth the additional amounts we paid instead of taking the cruise shore excursions. John (Giuseppe) in Naples gave us a wonderful tour of Pompeii and Herculeaneum, taking us into houses and places not usually open to the general public. When I saw the hoardes of people on the ship tours being herded around the ancient city, I thanked heaven that we had this wonderful private tour. In Florence we had a great tour of the Uffizi Gallery, making the painters and paintings come alive in his descriptions. We spent two great hours in the Uffizi and then a walking tour to the Accademia to see "David" (the reason I went to Florence). We highly recommend your tours and guides to anyone who does not want to handle the huge crowds of people going on the ship's shore excursions. Thank you very much in setting them up for us.

My husband and I just returned from a 2 week tour of Italy and Germany. We took your Ancient Rome tour - with Pietro and your Venice walking I believe with Louisa and boat tour with Christina. They were VERY informative and we enjoyed both tours immensly- especially the boat tour of the Grand Canal. I wanted to follow up with the tour company after a wonderful tour of the Vatican with Fabio. I wasn't sure where to post customer comments, so I thought I would send an email. Please feel free to post any of my comments on the website. My boyfriend and I were initially hesitant to take this tour because it seemed expensive (we're students). However, we were extremely glad that we decided to do this, as our trip to the Vatican was so much better as a result. Our tour guide Fabio was wonderful.
